Processing Time

Custom/Personalized Items: 1-3 business days (additional engraving time required)

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding UK bank holidays. Orders placed after 2 PM or on weekends will be processed the next business day.

  • Standard Delivery: 7-11 business days via Royal Mail

United States

Custom Product Considerations

Important: Custom engraved items require additional processing time and cannot be expedited. Please allow extra time when ordering personalized products for gifts or special occasions.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive:

  • Delivery confirmation upon arrival

Shipping Address Requirements

  • Ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate
  • We ship to the address provided at checkout
  • Address changes after processing may incur additional fees
  • PO Boxes accepted for standard delivery only

Lost or Damaged Packages

Our Responsibility:

  • We're responsible for packages until delivered to your address
  • Report damaged items within 24 hours of receipt
  • Lost packages will be investigated and replaced at no cost

  • Provide accurate shipping information
  • Be available to receive packages or arrange safe delivery
  • Inspect packages immediately upon receipt

Delivery Issues

Undelivered Packages:

  • Returned packages due to incorrect addresses incur re-shipping fees
  • Packages refused by recipient are subject to return shipping costs
